Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your hosted content is highly recommended – one never knows when something could go wrong. And with the Managed Services deal, you will enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to set up and configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies are retained on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Plan, you will have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra configuration from you. That’s where our Managed Services deal can help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & troubleshooting procedures – it means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our competent server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software program whatsoever that you need. Or have him rectify an issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and it is an add–on with the KVM VPS Plans.
